OVERTHINKING
Overthinking or over evaluating both are same in their own way." WHAT IS OVERTHINKING?" this question always arise in my mind when i sit alone but i never think of writing on this, but last night someone told me to write on this topic , so here it is..
we all know what is overthinking? if someone don't know here is the definition "to think too much about (something) : to put too much time into thinking about or analyzing (something) in a way that is more harmful than helpful."
But in my opinion, overthinking is " thinking about thinking" or " paralysis by analysis" . agree or not? if yes then you must know the consequences of this illness ( kind of mental illness) .life is too short to war with it within yourself.
Overthinking brings tsunami in one's life , it changes the whole criteria of living in the life of an individual. The reason of overthinking is when you analyze , comment and repeat the same thoughts over and over again instead of acting on it .
We all know it's human nature to think things for long while coming to a right or fruitful decision , its good to think about somethings but it becomes ache after sometime repeating the same shit for quiet long this leads to this order of overthinking.
Overthinking brings or we can say that it is the biggest cause of unhappiness , is what kills you.
It ruins friendships, relationships and moreover it kills the perspective of an individual towards life, creates problems you never had.
THE THINGS AS A PERSON SUFFERING FROM OVERTHINKING
1. THE IDEA OF HAPPINESS FRIGHTENS US.
2. RELATIONSHIPS , FRIENDSHIPS ARE HARD FOR US TO SUSTAIN.
3. INSECURITY MORE IN YOUNG GENERATION.
4.REPEATING THE SAME THOUGHTS INSTEAD OF DOING SOME ACTION.
5.WE FORGET ABOUT OUR PRESENT HAPPINESS WORRYING ABOUT PAST AND FUTURE.
6. WE ARE NEVER SURE ABOUT ANYTHING.

HERE IS SOME EXAMPLES THAT SHOWS OUR THOUGHTS ;
You meet someone incredible you question it.
You get invited to the table , but sit silently because you're too busy questioning if you belong.
Good things happens in your life and you ask why.
Blessings can't multiply if you always wasting energy questioning them.
" PEOPLE ARE ATTACHED TO THEIR BURDENS MORE THAN THE BURDENS ARE ATTACHED TO THEM".
SO IT REALLY DEPENDS UPON YOU WHAT KIND OF LIFE YOU WANT TO LIVE.
HOW TO OVERCOME THIS HABIT? WHAT PHILOSOPHER SAYS :
- Walking, swimming or exercising the body can also take your mind off temporarily from the habit overthinking. Anything that keeps your mind occupied with some activity that doesn’t allow you to overthink is okay.
- Watch yourself when you overthink and see how time and energy consuming it is, how you are behaving passively, instead of actively.
- Realize that thinking once, or a just a few times is enough. It leads you nowhere thinking over and again the same thoughts. You need to make a decision and act.
BUT IN MY OPINION TO OVERCOME THIS HABIT JUST HAVE BELIEF IN YOURSELF , DO WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO, DON'T LET THE OTHER'S WORDS IN YOUR HEAD, BE SURROUND YOURSELF WITH SOMEONE WITH WHOM YOU SEEMS TO BE COMFORTABLE....'
OVERTHINKING (MAKE IT GO AWAY) UNTIL IT MAKES YOU GO AWAY.......
HAVE FAITH IN YOU AND IN WHAT YOU ARE CAPABLE OF DOING.... HOW I OVERCOME OVERTHINKING IS TAKING A BREAK FROM MYSELF,JUST HOLD MYSELF WITH SMALL THINGS THAT GIVES ME JOY.. ..
MOREOVER IT'S IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW HOW GOOD ARE YOU WITHIN YOURSELF.....

DeleteU put this complex thought in a very simple language.... We all should understand that mind is our biggest power. It can be our biggest friend but by overthinking we end up making our best friend into a very dangerous enemy....
